What is Trade Mission: Navigating Asia?

It is an invitation-only conference delivering a roadmap for successful partnerships in Asia. Two networking events in two strategically selected Asian cities to aid in exploring new partnerships in Japan and South Korea. Set over two days, the Trade Mission will be an immersive blend of strategic conference sessions, practical guidance, activity-based networking and tailored 121 partnering meetings.

 

 

Do I have to join both days?
No, you don’t have to join on both days. As much as we would love for you to join in on both days, you have the choice to select 26 June in Seoul, South Korea ONLY or 28 June in Tokyo, Japan ONLY   or Both days (26 June in Seoul & 28 June in Tokyo)

 

 

 

What is included in my Attendance Pass?

Registration fee includes;

  • High quality networking dinner at the end of each conference day
  • Two full conference days, fully catered with translation of conference sessions
  • Your own personalised agenda with partnering meetings via a partnering tool

Each attendee will book their flights and accommodation, however Phacilitate have secured discounted hotel stay in each destination.

How do I get involved with the partnering tool?

Once you have registered for your attendance pass, you will be invited to an event

 

 

 

Is there any exhibition space we can show our business?
